I love love love popping in my ear phones with a great playlist, zoning out, and caring only about what I'm building, painting, drawing, editing, sewing, or any other verb you can think of. I love it, that is, until my shoulders and back are aching something feirce. And that happens without fail every time. But it's worth it.
