holding out

I'm ashamed to say that I've been holding out on you.

As soon as I get the time, I'll post a couple delicious shoots I've had with Missy and Berkeley. One of which you've already had a glimpse of: The Picnic One. The other is a Fun Fallish One. Woo! I just might also post a mini shoot that happened in Bryant's room whilst he was here! Pictures are lovely.

Words are lovely too, so I'll give you some of those right now.

in no particular order besides the order in which they pop into my head:

1. I went to an amazing Ingrid Michaelson concert last week with some of my girls! It was SO much fun, and so great to catch up with Janessa, Betty, and Berkeley. Berk even got us a discount at Olive Garden afterwards!

2. I'm going on a blind date in a couple weeks.. He's the older brother of the boyfriend of one of my friends from school. That's all I know. We'll see how that goes.

3. My family got the official news after a long and stressful process... that we got a house in Lindon. It's a great house in a great place! I'm excited for the opportunity of a fresh start with so many things, but obviously sad about losing my current home and the people in my neighborhood. Needless to say, my life will soon involve much packing and cardboard and trips back and forth between houses. I'm enjoying this house while I'm in it. And I know I'll enjoy the new house too, when the time comes.

So weird to think about, and honestly, I'm trying not to. But it's going to be great, I know it is.

4. OH! I decided that in edition to my school work, I'm going to try and do at least one tutorial from PSDtuts a week. Here's the first one I did yesterday!

5. I have been stressed lately. I know this because I have a cold sore, and I only get the blasted things after I've been stressed out. Blah. Hate them.

6. I might transfer to BYU in the summer...

7. I am excited about getting some boooooooots for the winter. I've never had any and always wanted some. I've been looking online and of course the ones I really like are ridiculously expensive. I'm not willing to pay $250 for shoes... So we'll see how well I can do at finding a bargain!

8. I'm one year older and wiser too! I totally spaced posting about my birthday, but it was lovely. I spent it with my family, and felt very loved. My friends are marvelous too, but I couldn't think of anything to do with them to celebrate, so I didn't. Hmm..

9. Speaking of friends, I'm meeting so many new people lately and hanging out with them and generally being much more social than I've been during the last three years. It's great. I'm loosening up and learning not to sweat the small stuff. I love the people in my life!

10. I may or may not have forgotten how to blog well.

Im really sad you are inactive in the church of blogging. I hope to be a missionary and reactivate you to it.
