25 things you may or may not know about me:
01. When I was 5, I had ear surgery (to improve my hearing) right in the doctors office with the only anesthesia being a big syringe full of nova-cane. The shots hurt so much I had to do two sessions, one ear at a time.
02. When I fly in my dreams, I jump up and down until I get stuck, then I have to do the breast stoke through the air to get around.
03. I pretty much always have to wear socks, but I don't care much if they match.
04. I wish boys that didn't creep me out would ask me out.
05. I used to bite my nails really short.. not quite as short as Elijah Wood's, though.
06. I was obsessed with Elijah Wood in jr. high.
07. I consider myself fairly adept at distinguishing accents. Also, I can almost always tell if a British accent is fake right off the bat.
08. Chelsea Savio once complimented me on my complexion, and I've always remembered that.
09. Sometimes I just don't finish books if they get boring.
10. I secretly want to know all the bad things people have said about me behind my back to see if I agree.
11. I have way too many clothes, and I suspect the reason is that I haven't grown more than an inch since 8th grade. I just haven't given enough away.
12. I have taken the following "lessons": gymnastics, piano, dance, voice, and guitar.
13. I was on a city softball team one summer.
14. The earliest memory I can remember [first memory, I suppose] is of me hugging my grandpa on the landing in the kitchen of my old house.
15. When I was born, my parents had a cat named Seven that hated me, and stared at me while I slept in my crib. So one night my dad put it in his car, and the next morning he discovered the dang thing had completely torn up the interior. I'm pretty sure they gave to cat to someone else very quickly.
16. I'm the only person in my family to never have needed glasses.
17. In elementary school, I kicked a boy in the stomach for trying to kiss me at recess.
18. My faith is extremely important to me.
19. I can't balance a book on my head because it's too pointed.
20. I have the biggest tonsils I've ever seen.
21. I admire people who are confident, well spoken, kind, and spontaneous.
22. I love to write, but wish I had better insight.
23. I'll order chicken strips from any restaurant that has them. Dairy Keen's (in Heber) chicken strips are the best. And Chick-fil-A definately gets the prize of best chicken nuggets ever.
24. I love it when music moves me to tears.
25. Missy and I frequently have disputes over actors and quickly rush to IMDB to solve them. [I'm usually right.] ;)

I really should have announced this earlier, but Maddie had her baby girl 2 weeks ago! She is beautiful. She's asked me to take some pictures of her, and I'm really nervous, but so excited.
