So, I decided that I am going to do a post every so often about beautiful things.. Things like photos, drawings, houses, clothes, or whatever strikes my fancy. Probably mostly photographs, though. So, for my first beautiful post, may I present to you the photographs of Andrew Zuckerman and the photographs of Jill Greenburg.

Jill Greenburg:


She is an amazing studio photographer well-known for her book of babies crying, End Times. (Pretty much heart-wrenching and beautiful.) She also has another book of studio portraits of monkeys and apes which are incredible. I saw the book at Borders and thought they were paintings at first. She does amazing photo-manipulation to make her images look almost surreal. Anyway, enough of this chat, go see for yourselves!

Andrew Zuckerman:


He is also an amazing studio photographer! His book, Wisdom, just came out and the portraits are great. If you check out his site, I recommend watching the Wisdom video. It makes me feel wiser just talking about it. His Creature photos are seriously amazing. Ch-ch-cha-cha-check it out!
